ELF Movie Snack Pop Sweepstakes Rules

How to Enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), go to https://www.instagram.com/eatsnackpop/ and
https://www.facebook.com/eatsnackpop/ , tag a friend, and comment #ElfMovie in the comment
section of the collaborative post. Multiple entries are permitted.
Prizes (the “Prizes”):
- Grand Prize: One (1) Digital Copy of the Picture and a Mixed case of Snack Pop (Grand Prize)
Twenty-four (24) Winners of Grand Prize (the “Winners”) will be chosen and notified via Instagram on or before December 21st, 2020 (the “Notification Date”).
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am December 7th, 2020 and ends at 11:59pm December 21st, 2020 ("PT") (the "sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OR THIRTEEN YEARS OR OLDER WITH APPROVAL FROM A LEGAL GUARDIAN, AS OF December 2020. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win the sweepstakes: employees, officers and directors of Snaxsational, LLC (“Company”) or each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, agents and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each. Void outside of 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted, and subject to all national, state, provincial, and local laws, rules, or regulations. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Company's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Participants not abiding by these Official Rules may be disqualified at Company’s sole discretion.
Notification of the Winners:
The Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message on or before the Notification Date once the Sweepstakes Period has officially ended. If either of the selected Winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the Prizes and/or, where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the Prizes may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining valid, eligible, timely submitted entries.
