Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Pop Shake
INGREDIENTS
● 6 1/2 cups Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Pop
popcorn
● 1 quart half-and-half
● 6 ounces sugar
● 1/4 to 1/2 ounces salt, to taste (I prefer
somewhere right in the middle)
● Toppings: Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Pop
popcorn, ground cinnamon, and
crumbled halvah, for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Pop popcorn into a saucepan (you can use
the same one you just used to pop it),
2. Next add half-and-half, sugar, and salt.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low
and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, allow to cool completely
5. Transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
6. When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a food processor or
high-powered blender and blend until well combined.
7. Pour through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract all liquids from the
kernels.
8. Serve in very small glasses (or very small portions) and garnish with
Cocoa Pebbles Cereal Pop popcorn.
